Sotong Sauce ( Malaysia )



Ingredients
600gr  Medium Squids, cleans and cut 1 cm like a ring
3 tablespoon vegetable oil 
2 lemon grass use the white part 
5 lime leaves
tamarind water ( soak in a little bit tamarind with 1 tablespoon water )
100 ml coconut milk
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoon sugar
100ml water

Blend these ingredients together using blender or using pestle and mortar
15 chillies take out the seeds
10 shalots
3 roasted hazelnuts
1/4 teaspoon shrimp paste

How to :
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan with medium heat, add the spicy paste ( the ingredients that we blend together ) add lemongrass, and lime leaves until comes out the aroma, then add the tamarind water, stir it well until mixed together
2. Add coconut milk, keep stirring, add water.. until reduce a lil bit, and add the squids, add sea salts, and sugar, dont forget to taste it... and you can always add more sugar or sea salts....keep stir until the squids cooked and served 

serverd for 6 person

Recipe : Bakso Malang ( Malang meatballs)



Bahan / Ingredients

*  Kulit pangsit ( instan bentuk segi empat, di buat bulat dengan ring cutter atau gunting sisihkan sisa potongan )
*  Instan dumpling wrappers ( square shape but  we cut with ring cutter to get circle shape, keep a side left over )

* 500 gr Daging sapi cincang ( boleh diganti ayam )
* 500 gr Minced beef or you can replace with chiken or pork

*  200  gr Udang (dicincang halus)
*  200 gr  Minced shrimp

* 3 Bawang merah
* 3 Shallots

* 2 Bawang putih
* 2  Clove Garlic 

* 4 Bawang putih cincang kasar
* 4 clove garlic rough chopped

* 1 Sendok teh penyedap rasa
* 1 Teaspoon flavour enhancher

* 1 Sendok teh gula
* 1 Teaspoon sugar 

*   2 Sendok makan tepung  kanji ( maizena )
*  2 Tablespoon Starch ( corn flour ) 

*  Putih telur dari 1 telur ( untuk setiap 500gr daging )
*  Egg white from 1 egg ( for each up to 500gr meat )

*  1 Batang daun bawang (diiris halus )
*  1 Leeks thin cutted

* 1 Daun bawang di iris kasar 
* 1 Leeks rough cutted

* 1 Sendok teh lada 
* 1 Teaspoon pepper

*  Minyak wijen 2-3 sendok teh / to taste
*  Sesame oil  2-3 teaspoon / to taste

* Minyak goreng 
* Cooking oil 

* Air
* Water

Cara Membuat / How To

* Haluskan bawang putih, bawang merah, garam, merica, gula, dan penyedap rasa  lalu sisihkan
* If you have time use pestle and mortar to crush this ingredients : garlic, shallots, salts, pepper, sugar, and if you like a teaspoon of flavour enhancher. keep a side 

* Gunakan tempat lain untuk masukkan daging giling, udang yang sudah di haluskan, tambahkan 2 sendok  teh minyak wijen, dan 2 sendok makan tepung kanji,  dan bumbu yg sudah di haluskan, aduk rata dan bagi menjadi 2 adonan, 1 adonan untuk isi pangsit dan 1 untuk bakso
* Use other bowl put minced beef and minced shrimp, the nixed ingredients above, add 2 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoon starch / corn flour, mixed well with spoon and divide into 2 part 1 for filling and the other for meatballs

* Untuk adonan pangsit beri daun bawang  dan adonan untuk bakso beri putih telur  telur untuk membuat rekat dan tidak lepas masing2 di aduk rata 
* For filling add thin cutted leeks and the other part add egg white each of them need to mixed well 

*Masukkan isian ke kulit pangsit bentuk seperti yg anda bisa bisa di lihat di sini http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRkOYh80UC hingga isian habis, lalu bentuk bulat2 pada adonan lain untuk bakso
* Fill the filling dough to the wrappers, you can see how to filling in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRkOYh80UC and the other part we make round shape for meatballs.

* Panaskan air setelah mendidih masukkan pangsit rebus hingga mengembang, tanda sudah matang angkat tiriskan
* Boiled water in a pot and put in the dumplings until its floating ( its mean its cooked ) take out and keep a side until all being cooked

*Di panci lain panaskan air,masukkan bola2 bakso, setelah mengembang angkat bakso dan sisihkan, sisa air bisa untuk kuah.
*In the other pot, boiled another water, put in the meatball and wait until they floating, take out and keep a side, the rest of the boiling water we will use for beef broth or soup

*Goreng bawang putih hingga kuning kecoklatan, angkat dan masukkan ke air kaldu, tambahkan garam gula dan merica, juga potongan daun bawang kasar cicipi hingga rasa gurih, masukkan 1 sendok makan minyak wijen diamkan hingga mendidih lagi bila perlu tambahkan penyedap.
* Saute rough chopped garlic until golden brown take out and put in the boiling beef borth, adding salt, sugar, peppers,  rough chopped leeks, taste to savory or need to add more salt or flavour enhancher.

* Sisa potongan kulit lumpia di gunting2 dan di goreng
* Left over wrappers cutt with scissors, and fried ( as crackers ) 









Penyajian / Serving
Ambil mangkok isi dengan bakso dan pangsit dan kulit lumpia goreng, tuang kuah dan beri sambal botol
selamat menikmati
Put in serving bowl, meatballs, dumplings and crackers pour the soup add chilli sauce ( if you like spicy )
Enjoy
3 - 4 porsi  tergantung isi tiap mangkok
3-4 portions depends on how many meatballs or dumpling in each bowls

Salad with peanut butter dressings





Ingredients
make sure all this ingredients washed well
2 apples cut diced
1 onion cut diced
lettuce ripped
put all ingredients in a bowl

sauce
3 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of chili sauce (any chili sauce will do ) you can add more if you like it hot
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
2 tablespoon of hot water ( you may add  more water if feel the sauce too thick )

how to make the sauce
Put the peanut sauce in a small bowl
add the shrimp paste, mixed it with whisk or spoon
then add the hot water, until its well mixed
and then add the chilli sauce, mixed it well too
you can add more hot water if you feel the sauce too thick
or adding more peanut butter and hot water when you need more sauce

last step you need to pour the sauce to the bowl of the ingredients
mixed it with spatula or big spoon until all the ingredients covered by the sauce
let them in the fridge for about half until 1 hour to make it more fresh and cooler
then served, servings 1-2 people

Recipe: Fried fish and dabu dabu sauce #Indonesia




Fried fish and dabu dabu sauce

Ingredients

2-3 pcs Trevally fillet fried them

Dabu - dabu sauce

5-12 cayenne cut roughly /chilli padi's  ( use small amount if you dont like spicy )
5 shallots thin cut
1 tomato diced
4 table spoon cooking oil
1 teaspon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar

How to

put all the ingredients of dabu2 sauce in a bowl
or pan, beside the cooking oil.
heat up the cooking oil and our the oil onto
the ingredients mixed them well then pour onto
the fried fish

served with rice for 2-3 person

Recipe : Honey Roasted Chicken ( Ayam Panggang Madu )



Ingredients / Bahan
5 pcs chicken / 5 potong ayam 
3 cloves garlic crushed  / 3 siung bawang putih, haluskan 
2 tablespoon oyster sauce / 2 sdm saus tiram
3 tablespoon honey  / 3 sdm madu
3 tablespoon melted butter / 3 sdm margarin yang sudah di cairkan 
1 teaspoon black pepper / 1 sdt merica hitam bubuk
1 tablespoon tomato sauce / 1 sdm saus tomat 

How to / cara membuat

1. Put melted butter in a bowl, add tomato sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, honey, and black pepper mixed them well.
Taruh mentega air di mangkok, tambahkan saus tomat, saus tiram, bawang putih, madu dan merica hitam, campur hingga rata.
2. Add the chicken in  the mixed sauce, cover them well 
tambahkan potongan ayam di dalam capuran saus, aduk aduk hingga ayam ter lumuri saus dengan rata
3. Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour
diamkan di dalam kulkas selama 1 jam
4. Place the chicken on baking pan that already cover with butter so the chicken wont stick to the pan while baking. and baked the chicken in 150C oven for 60 minute ( or longer if you like the chicken crispy ) 
Tempatkan ayam diatas loyang yang sudah di lumuri oleh mentega, panggang didalam oven dengan suhu 150c selama kurang lebih 60 menit, ( atau lebih lama bila menyukai ayam yang lebih kering atau krispi )

Recipe: Ayam bumbu kuning & sambal petir *Yellow Fried chicken & Petir chili sauce*



Untuk warga Indonesia sudah terbiasa dengan ayam goreng kuning kan ? bisa beli yang sudah di bumbuin tinggal digoreng, tapi kalau mau coba buat sendiri boleh... yang istimewa itu sambal petirnya.. jamin super pedas sampe nangis2 dehhh.... yuuk di lihat resepnya
Yellow fried chicken known well for Indonesian, but the "sambal petir " or petir chili sauce is the special, its super hots, and will burn your lips.. anyway you can always reduce the chili birds... 

Ayam Goreng Kuning / Yellow fried chicken 

Bahan / Ingredients:
10 potong ayam sudah di cuci tiriskan
10 pcs of chicken ( make sure you already wash it )
2 cangkir air

ayam yang sudah di bumbui bisa di simpan di dalam kulkas dapat di gunakan hingga 1 minggu kedepan
you can keep the chicken for longer period in a place and keep it in refrigerator for approximately 1 week  
2. Panaskan minyak goreng dan goreng ayam hingga matang
2. Heat the cooking oil and fry the chicken until its cooked

Sambal Petir / Petir Chili sauce (untuk 10 ayam / for 10 chicken )

Bahan / Ingredients
21 cabe rawit merah  
21 bird chili 
11 bawang merah kupas
11  shallots
2 sendok teh garam
2 teaspoon sea salt 
1 sendok teh gula
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cangkir minyak goreng
1 cup cooking oil 

Cara membuat / How to 
1. Haluskan cabe rawit, bawang merah, garam gula  dengan ulekan atau blender boleh sampai halus atau kalau suka kasar tidak terlalu lama menghaluskannya.
1. Blend bird chili, shallots, sea salt, and sugar if you have more energy and patience, you can use a mortar and pestle. However, if you don’t, just use a food processor to blend all the ingredients until smooth.
2. Panaskan minyak goreng, lalu tuang bumbu sambal yang sudah di haluskan, aduk2 hingga layu dan angkat tidak terlalu lama agar tidak gosong
2. Heat up the cooking oil, pour the mixed chili, fry a lil bit.. about 5 min, and turn off  the stove.

Hidangkan Ayam goreng dengan nasi, lalapan kol, timun daun selada dan daun kemangi
Serve the fried chicken with rice, and use cabbage, cucumber, lettuce and basil for garnish

* you can always reduce the amount of chili bird, and adding tomato to make it less hot

Food and Art



Hi There !

Im surprise after checking on my friends social media.. I know him for almost a year now.. and I know he loved to take pictures of his food creations. He started with just simple camera  Japanese lunch box or Bento, its look neat and to be honest.. it just exactly like Japanese who made those Bento's !

After Bento he tried other Asian foods and start to get profesional, and I just knew that making food pictures can be sooo.... interesting and need alot of details and tools not only a camera and of course time.. because you need to cook ( if you happen to make those food by yourself ) and of course the presentations, you can check on the tools here I post one of his picture while making it.

So beside the presentation, the way you capture the food and the most important thing is.. you need to put feeling to it... so the picture can speak by it self.. sometimes food pictures look neat.. nice colours..but people dont think its yummy or they dont want to have it for their lunch...well that is my opinions.. but Mark's pictures most of them make me want to have it on my table hehehe so.. I think he did it .... and he is making an Art :)

I will share the url of his pictures when he decide to show his food pictures for public.. for now.. here are some of his pictures.. from the simple picture ( Bento ) with simple camera to other high quality pictures :)

Mie Goreng *Fried Noodles *



Mie goreng salah satu makanan favorit kuuu.... mau tau cara buat nya ala  Dwinita ? ayoo di tengok 
Fried noodles is one of my favorite foods... do you want to know how to make fried noodles ala Dwinita ? check this out 



Bahan / Ingredients:
*200mg  mie telur  ( rebus hingga empuk angkat dan sisihkan ) 
200mg dry eggs noodles ( boiled until tender, drain keep a side ) 
* 1 daun bawang potong kasar ambil bagian hijau nya saja
1 big leeks chopped use the green part
 * 2 -3 lembar  kol potong tipis2 kasar
2 - 3 sheet of cabbages chooped 
* 2 sosis yang sudah di rebus di potong2 
2 sausages that already boiled, thin cut 

* 4 bawang putih, 1 kemiri, merica butir atau bubuk 1 sendok teh, dan garam 1 sendok teh, haluskan atau di ulek dan pisahkan
4 cloves garlic, 1 hazelnut, 1 teaspoon pepper, and 1 teaspoon salt, mix together using pestle and mortar
* kecap manis secukupnya  
soy sauce 
* penyedap rasa ayam bila perlu 
additional flavours / msg 
* 2 sendok makan minyak goreng
2 tablespoon cooking oil 
* 1 cangkir air
1 cup water

Cara memasak / How to
*panaskan minyak goreng, lalu masukkan daun bawang dan kol dengan api kecil, aduk - aduk hingga layu, lalu masukan bumbu halus ( bawang putih merica dll ) lalu aduk aduk hingga wangi dan beri air sedikit agar tercampur dan biar kan hingga mendidih
Heat the cooking oil, add the leeks and cabagges, use small fire, stiir well... until the cabbage tender then adding the mixed of garlic pepper etc, and add 1 cup water until its mixed together, and boiled 

* masukkan mie yang sudah di rebus aduk2 rata, gunakan 2 sendok atau 2 spatula agar saat mengaduk tercampur rata.
add the noodles, mixed it well.. I use to have 2 spatula to get easier mixed the noodles

* tuang 2 - 3 sendok makan kecap di tempat lain, tambahkan sedikit garam dan penyedap rasa ( bila perlu ) aduk - aduk lalu tuang ke ke atas mie..  aduk2 lagi hingga kecap tercampur rata, bila rasa kurang pas lakukan hal yang sama hingga menghasilkan rasa mie yang di inginkan.
Pour 2 - 3 tablespoon soysauce in other place, add a little bit salt and  MSG if you feel need additional flavour.  stiir the mixed soy sauce then pour on the noodles, mixed it well until all the noodles covers with the soy sauce, and taste.. and repeat the same way on the soy sauce until you get the right taste of the fried noodles.
 * hidangkan, bisa untuk 4 orang
Served, this recipe for 4 portions

Almost a week after Feb 14th I got a chance to write again.. so hows blog life ??  mmm my Feb 14 just like usual I dont put  a special date on that day, I only let myself have a day off..

Pelangi hari ini *Today's Rainbow*



Setelah kemarin terlalu semangat bersih - bersih laptop tercinta... whoppppp tiba - tiba beberapa program di laptop ikutan raibbb.... *syook* terpaksa hari ini mundur teratur semua kegiatan dengan laptop. tapi aku punya teman yang supperrr baik, "my best IT Engineer " karena hanya dengan diagnostik melalui internet, aku ikuti petunjuknya voilaa.. akhirnya berhasil juga aku posting blog ku malam ini kan ??... yayy ! seneng benerr.... thnks ya MS... kita sudah berteman sejak tahun 2001 kurang lebih.... dan selama ini ada beberapa saat yang genting dia ada untuk membantu saya, terima kasih Allah sudah mengirimkan pelangi ku hari ini melalui MS...

Menarik untuk di bahas, setelah ngobrol - ngobrol sama seseorang nun jauh disana, jenis kelamin laki - laki.
Setelah ngobrol panjang, kalimat yang keluar adalah " kamu seperti kebanyakan cewe umum nya ya "
saya pun terdiam dan bingung... oh berarti turun deh 1 poin, ga pingin menganalisa, dan berpikir apa dibalik kata - kata itu... saya buat becanda aja... lalu dia kira saya ini bukan perempuan ? lantas banci ? saat dibalas seperti itu dia cuma diem aja...
kalau laki - laki bilang sulit mengerti wanita, boleh dong perempuan  berkata " bingung ngikutin pikiran pria " karena kalau kita seperti kebanyakan perempuan lantas dia berharap kita seperti apa dong ?
pelangiku hari ini memang bikin senyum senyum...

This is interesting, after talking to someone that live far away .... theres a time he said " I think you're a typical female " I get silent and confuse.. is this mean that I get bad impression ? wow... I dont want to analize, or think what behind his words, so I make a joke on that... " well what you think I am.... shemale ?" he didnt replied back... 
When a man said they facing hard time to understand women,  women sometimes get lost to understand men too.. when I remember his word about me as typical female... so what he expect me to be ?....

Kue Macaron... bulan Februari #Macaron and February#



Bulan baru... harapan baru... tantangan baru... siap kah ?? Bulan Februari ada tanggal special yaitu tanggal 14 Februari terlepas dari kalian merayakan atau tidak, dibelahan dunia lain bulan itu amat special...
Pada bulan ini biasanya di mall banyak di dekor hiasan hiasan dari warna pastel.. aku sukaa banget warna pastel.. khususnya merah muda, hijau toska dan biru muda...  hingga tergila - gila sama kue manis yang namanya Macaron ini.. sudah pernah coba ? rasanya manis karena banyak terbuat dari gula.

New month new hopes, new challanges... are you ready ??  Theres special date in February... its February 14th I know that most of Indonesian didnt celebrate anything on that dates, but on the other side of the globe.. people celebrate it.  
Eventhough most of Indonesian not celebrate this February 14th but malls in Jakarta usualy have pinky and pastel colours decorations near that date... I love pastel colours especialy pink, light green, and light blue and Im crazy with this sweet cakes called Macaron... have you try it ? its taste sweet because made of lots of sugar.

Saking tergila - gilanya sama Macaron... aku jadi jualan deh... ada teman yang punya bisnis Macaron dan aku bantu jualin.. yang tertarik... bisa pesan ya.. untuk mini macaron 1 jar nya isi 30 pcs harga Rp 80 000 dan belum termasuk ongkos kirim ya... untuk pemesanan bisa kontak di hangout aku atau reply di blog ini untuk dapat no yang bisa di hubungi :)

Februari

Kangen masak dan kangen dapur tua mama ku... jadilah bikin Rendang salah satu makanan kesukaan banyak orang di Indonesia, tapi resepnya lebih ke rasa makanan jawa karena lebih manis.. dibanding rasa asli rendang Sumatera yang lebih asin dan gurih... yuuk di tengok

I feel wanna cook, I miss cooking and my mom's old kitchen.. so here I make Rendang one of  Indonesian favorite food. but my recipe more to Javanese taste, since rendang is from Sumatera or Melayu... my rendang tastes more sweet than the regular rendang that is more salty and savory...

Rendang

Bahan  / ingredients

*1 kg Daging sapi has luar
1 kilo  beef meat 
*Santan dari 2 butir kelapa  ( kental, dan encer 2x saring )
Coconut milk from 2 coconut  make the thick and the light ones  2 glass and 1 glass light one 
or you can use instant coconut milk ( 2 glass thick coconut milk and 1 glass coconut milk mix with water / light coconut milk ) 
*bumbu rendang halus untuk 1 kg daging
Rendang spices choose the liquid or paste not the powder for 1 kilo meat
*daun2an:
leaves
*1 lembar daun kunyit
1 tumeric leaves
*2 lembar daun salam
2 bay leaf
*1 ruas laos
Around 10 cm galangal
*2 buah sereh ( ambil putihnya )
2 lemon grass ( use the white part )
*2 lembar daun jeruk
2 lime leaf
*asam kandis 2 ruas jari
2 pcs tamarind
*garam seukupnya
1-2 teaspoon Salt
*gula jawa 1/2 bongkal ( gula jawa lingkaran besar )
1 big Palm sugar ( the dish more to sweet taste )
* minyak goreng secukupnya
around 3-4  tablespoon cooking oil

Cara membuat / How to

1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus rendang,  aduk - aduk hingga wangi dan berubah warna,
masukkan daun daun lalu masukkan santan encer, hingga mendidih
aduk - aduk terus agar santan tidak pecah hingga mendidih.
Pre heat the cooking oil, sauted the rendang spices and all the leafs and galangal until its smell good,  and change colour preferably using small fire, adding 1 glass of light coconut milk ( the one that we mixed with water if we use the instant coconut milk ), stirr it well dont let the coconut milk break until its boiled
2. lalu masukkan santan kental hingga mendidih lagi, tetap aduk2
lalu masukkan daging dan asam kandis  lalu masukkan gula jawa dan garam.
tetap aduk aduk agar santan tidak pecah.
Add the thick coconut milk and stirr well.. keep stirring we dont want to break the coconut milk, then adding the meat, tamarind, palm sugar and salt
3. tetap masak hingga santan mengental dan kering
Let it cook  until the coconut milk thicken and dry stirr it once in a while, it will not make the dish stick to the pan
4. lalu angkat dan hidangkan bentuk rendang akan gelap seperti gosong..itu hasil yg baik
Turn off the stove, and served. The dish will look dark almost like over cooked but that is the best result
5. tambahkan irisan cabai diatas rendang untuk hiasan atau bila ingin lebih pedas.
 Add slices chillies on top of rendang for garnish or when you want it to be more hots
6 Rendang makin enak setelah dipanaskan berkali2
This rendang will taste better after pre heated time to time especialy before time to eat ( left over can be stored in the fridge and can be consume until max a week ) 

*1 kilo daging setelah matang menjadi 1/2 kilo
1 kilo of meat will reducing to half kilo after cooked
* 4 porsi lama pengerjaan 2- 3 jam
4 portions, time  2 - 3 hours

Film - Film pengisi waktu * My Yesterday Marathon Movies *

Dear Readers,....

Setelah beberapa hari banyak banjir, pekerjaan banyak tertunda, hingga puncaknya kemarin 1 hari tidak bekerja sama sekali karena banyak hal yang tidak pasti..
Hal yang tidak biasa mendapat waktu untuk diri sendiri di hari kerja.. biasanya weekend, akhirnya saya menghabiskan waktu dengan nonton film - film koleksi saya yang belum sempat saya tonton ( hihih buang uang sekali ya hoho ho...) Going The Distance, The Vow dan The Serendipity adalah film yang jadi pilhian

After having a lot of rains and floods everywhere especialy in Jakarta... I decide to not working yesterday, a day that I spent my ME time, the unussual day to spent Me time.
Having this movie marathons, it is interesting from "Going the distance ", The vow " and " The Serendipity "
I bought the dvd's but just had the change to watch it now... what a waste...hehehe

Dari semua film itu, favorite saya The Vow, memang sangat drama, dan tipikal film yang disukai perempuan, tapi sebenarnya pilihan saya bukan karena alasan itu, tapi lebih karena melalui The Vow saya mengambil cuplikan kalimat dari film itu yang menarik yaitu
" hidup adalah saat "  atau sesaat.. dimana menit itu detik itu lah yang bisa kita nikmati atau rasakan... tidak abadi.
" Apa yang terjadi bila kita lupa akan semua kesan yang kita ingat tentang seseorang yang kita cintai.. sehingga hilang pula rasa cinta "
kesimpulan terakhir saya tentang cinta dan pengertian setia dari semua film ini adalah " cinta itu keinginan kuat seseorang untuk terus berusaha jatuh cinta pada orang yang sama, berkali - kali hingga akhir waktu "

From all those movies, I like The Vow most of all... I know its women favorites movies, drama thing.. but actualy theres reason why I choose that.. I have few lines from the movie that I like 
" life is a moment "
" what will happen when someone forget all the memory of someone they love, they dont love anymore "
so.. I think from those 3 I have my own definitions of  love and its can be the meaning of faithful.
" Love is willingness of someone to make themselves fall in love to the same person, time to time "

Hari ini rasanya malas... masih dengan hujan dari kemarin, udara lebih dingin sehingga saya harus pasang kaos kaki.. ga seperti biasanya.. karena saya suka udara dingin dan kering. Artinya kali ini badan saya sudah kasih lampu merah untuk segera menghangatkan diri. lol atau ada alasan untuk mangkir tidak kerja....asikk senangnyahh...
Today everything goes slowly.. with rain outside non stop from yesterday.. of course is cooler than yesterday also.. I put my fav socks on.. and this is unussual.. since I like cold and dry weather.. so...this prove that my body already give me a signal to get warm.. lol and perhaps its a signal to get back to bed.. than working... oh I love it..



Karena topik nya ga ada, jadi saya bisa nulis apa saja mau dari a -z ....suka - suka yah... hehehe..
mmmh nulis apa ya enaknya..... menurut saya bekerja di Fashion itu menyenangkan, dan selalu membuat saya bersemangat, bukan karena nilai uangnya.. tapi karena saya suka sama bidangnya.. itu yang membuat saya merasa "penuh" walau penjualan menurun atau sedang naik.. ga ada bedanya.. saya tetap menyenanginya, tapi tetap saja ada stress.. apalagi kalau ada tenggat waktu.. dan 2 hal ini yang selalu membuat saya merasa terhibur,  IMO messenger dan es krim,  kenapa IMO messenger, karena disana saya bisa lihat - lihat postingan orang - orang dari berbagai macam budaya, menarik dan buat saya terhibur...bisa kasih tag dan komen juga... asik rasanya.... sudah tau belum tentang IMO ? belum tau ? coba cek di google play store kamu atau di App store untuk ikutan gabung...
Dan dua hal ini adalah senjata ampuh saya kalau lagi stress.. partner atau pacar tidak masuk hitungan ya.. ha ha ha..
The topic is no topic.. so I can write about almost anything to this blank page...I would like to say ..... working in fashion to me its fun.. looking at those gorgeous bags, cute dresses.. colours etc.. but when it time to deadline.. its just same as other works... my best friend to this situation is this two... IMO messenger and comfort foods.. in this case is ice cream. 
why I put IMO in here.. its because I can see other people broadcasts, and it's interesting.. it is just like Google+  people can post anything there.. tag and give comments and you dont have to join communities to get their updates.. its just like you are standing in the middle of a lot of people with different faces and cultures.. how fun is that... have you know about IMO ? you can look at your google play store or App store for joining.. 
These 2 are comforting tools when Im stress... no boyfriend and partner allowed ha ha ha



Dan selalu berakhir dengan makanan... karena makanan itu kebutuhan yang dasar.. jadi... hari ini saya mau tunjukkan salah satu snack asli buatan Indonesia yang  saya suka lumayan sehat karena dari sayur, yaitu keripik bayam... untuk warga Indonesia rasanya semua sudah tahu ya... bisa di beli di toko - toko makanan kecil di mana aja selama di Indonesia... rasanya kriuk dan gurih.. bikin nagih...lol
Talking about food is always interest me... eating is basic need.. so I want to show you our traditional snack, it's fried spinach...... it's tasty and crunchy.... I think it's healthy too.. since vegetables as main ingredients... for Indonesian, its easy to look this kind of snack... they  are available in our stores and this yummy snack is addictive lol

Pasta untuk makan malam *simple pasta for dinner*

Olla.....

Judulnya males... less.. less...jadi makan malam kemarin hanya pasta saja.. tapi ada sosisnya juga, jadi agak lumayan setelah beberapa hari ini ga pingin makan,  tapi harus makan supaya tetap sehat dan bisa ber aktivitas kan ... jadilah pasta ala ala ini... resep ada di bawah ya untuk yang mau tau...

Call me lazy.. yes.. Im lazy girl actualy.. I dont like complicated recipe.. just love to have simple and easy cooking... so after few days I lost my appetites.. I need to keep myself fit to do daily basis works... here we have pasta with very simple sauce... for those who would like to know the recipe.. its down below



Bahan / Ingredients;

* 1 genggam pasta ( pasta apa saja boleh, macaroni, fusili, dll ) rendam terlebih dahulu di dalam air selama 5 menit, agar saat di rebus cepat empuk, lalu rebus pasta dengan air hingga lembut. 
* Handfull of pasta  ( any pasta will do, from macaroni, fusili etc ) soak in water for 5 min ( to make it easy to el dante when we boiled ) then boil it until el dante.

*1 siung bawang putih, potong kasar
* 1 clove of garlic, chop roughly

* sejumput garam
* a pinch of salt

* 1 sdt bubuk cabe 
* 1 teaspoon chili powder

* 1 cup air
*  a cup of water

*sejumput gula
* a pinch of sugar

* 3 sdm saus tomat
* 3 table spoon of tomato sauce

* minyak goreng atau minyak sayur secukupnya
* a little bit vegetable oil or cooking oil

*1 potong sosis, potong tipis2
*1 pcs of sausage, chop thin


Cara membuat / How To

*Tuang minyak goreng secukupnya dan panaskan wajan setelah panas, masukkan bawang putih dan sosis, aduk rata  hingga sosis lembek atau mengeluarkan bau wangi api kecilkan
*Add cooking oil to the wok / pan after its hot. add garlic and sausage stir it until soft or smells good, low the heat.

*Masukkan saus tomat, lalu beri garam, gula dan bubuk cabe, aduk aduk hingga rata, masukkan air 1 cup dan aduk2 terus hingga rata dan sedikit kental, baru masukkan pasta yangt telah di tiriskan.. aduk - aduk hingga tercampur rata, lalu angkat dan sajikan di piring 
*Adding tomato sauce, salt, sugar, and chili powder, stir it well until all covered, then put a cup of water, keep stir until the sauce is thicken, then adding pasta that we already drain from its water, stir it well until all covered, turn off the stove and put in plate.

Postingan hari ini khusus perempuan ya.. karena membahas kepang rambut, sejak lama saya ga pernah manjangin rambut baru kali ini dibiarkan panjang.... jadi mulai lihat - lihat tips mempercantik rambut panjang, salah satunya di beauty vlogs yang saya ikuti ini, cara ini sebenarnya cara lama, rambut saya cenderung tipis namun mengembang, ternyata dibuat kepang seperti ini rapi juga, hemat waktu dan tentunya hemat biaya salon.. sedikit saya modifikasi dengan menambah bling2 bunga, hasilnya cukup bagus untuk acara formal.. untuk yang penasaran cara kepangnya.. ikutin video  bubzbeauty ya... ada juga foto rambut saya  hasil coba coba dengan tips ini.. not bad :).. di coba yuk...

Todays post for ladies... we going to talk about braided hair... since I let my hair longer, I start to look on hair tips alot.. and this vlogger give me nice tips about last minute updo... its simple and yet elegant,  for beginners its look confusing to start, but if you practice alot..... kind of hair do only take few minutes, and of course its cheaper, you dont need hair stylist to do this, and you can save your money to buy other things... *wink- wink*
I have try it.. I put picture down below how this hair do on my thin long hair, and I give a little bit modifications by adding few bling bling flowers, and it look nice for formal occasion...

Kata hari ini adalah Selfie ? atau Silvie ? hehehe
Apakah selfie itu ? hingga banyak orang melakukannya bahkan Presiden Amerika Serikat pun ber selfie... kalau di urut dari kata - katanya Selfie berasal dari Self.. atau diri sendiri.. mungkin bermaksud dengan foto yang isinya hanya diri sendiri tidak ada orang lain dan di unggah ke sosial media sehingga di lihat banyak orang.

Today's word is Selfie, what is Selfie ? or its a name of  Selvy ? hehehe
A lot of people doing selfie, even President of  The United State of America has it. 
Selfie stand from the word Self mean yourself, so in the picture only you and no one else, and you post it to public by social media.

Menurut saya, seseorang yang melakukan Selfie harus memiliki kepercayaan diri yang besar, khususnya bila foto tersebut di unggah ke sosial media yang banyak pengikutnya, apakaih itu foto yang baik atau foto yang vilgar, dan siap untuk mendapat pujian maupun makian...bagaimana dengan anda?  sudahkah anda berselfie?

Doing Selfie  need confidence, especialy when you post the pictures to public and seen by a lot of peoples from different background and cultures, whether its good pose or bad, can cause many interpretations, and will get different reactions, and you need to be ready for it. so.. how about you ? have you selfie today ?

Steak pertamaku *My 1st Beef Steak*

Pembaca yang baik hati,

Dikarenakan liburan yang cukup panjang, aktif kembali tanggal 6 Januari, saya jadi banyak waktu untuk uji coba ini itu, walau pekerjaan masih saja mengintai... tapi rasanya mau kaburr sebentar dari semua rutinitas itu... singkat kata saya coba - coba resep stik daging sapi.. dari semua resep di youtube yang saya lihat, dan resep tertulis.. karena saya orang yang ga mau ribet, tapi pingin makan enak ( ada ga ya masakan yang simple tapi ueenakk.. rasanya yang enak itu pasti ribet hihihi ) jadi saya gabung saja beberapa resep dan rasanya mantabb apalagi kalau ditambah sayuran rebus yang di tumis sebentar dengan mentega dan kentang goreng...  yang mau berbagi resep boleh... bisa ditulis di kolom komen ya  :)

I like simple and tasty recipe and I know.. mostly delicious food are being made from many step of cooking process.. since Im more practical and simple.. I gathered all recipe that I know by youtube and here we are having very nice steak from minimum seasoning :)

Daging stik Cube roll / Cube roll meat

Voila...  


Resep / Recipe ( please use the translation my english need a lot of improvement pardon me )

Bahan / Ingredients
* Daging steak yang sudah di potong ( biasanya sudah di pak )
* Cube roll meat or any kind of meat for steak ( in pack )
* 2 sdt mustard
*  2 tea spoon mustard
* 1 - 2 sendok makan minyak zaitun
* 1 - 2 table spoon olive oil

Cara membuat  / How to 
* Daging yang baru saja di beli di buka dari pak, dan diamkan di diatas piring, agar suhu daging sama seperti temperatur ruangan , sama juga bila kita sudah membekukan daging.. diamkan agar es pada daging hilang bila perlu taruh diatas saringan agar air dari daging hilang.atau tekan - tekan daging dengan tisu kering agar air hilang sebelum digunakan.

*Unpacked the meat, let it rest on a plate if its frozen do the same thing until the meat get the room temperature, dont let the meat get  watery, if that happens, use a kitchen towel or tissue to wipe the water by patting the meat. 

* Lumuri kedua sisi daging dengan 1 sendok teh mustard di tiap sisinya, bila daging tebal 1 sendok teh mustard cukup, bila daging termasuk tipis, 1/2 sendok teh saja karena rasa mustard sudah tajam dan daging bisa terasa keasinan lalu diamkan sekitar 5 menit atau lebih.

* Coat of  meat with mustard, 1 teaspoon of mustard on each side when the meat thick, but when its thinner, less than 1 teaspon would be enough, because of  the strong flavour of the mustard will make the meat saltier  if you give it too much, then let the meat to rest about 5 min or more.

* Panaskan panggangan, atau pan teflon, panggangan bisa di olesi sedikit minyak zaitun agar daging tidak lengket, kali ni saya menggunakan pan teflon yang telah diberi sedikit minyak zaitun ( secukupnya namun rata ke seluruh area wajan ) setelah panas masukkan daging, saat daging dimasukkan akan banyak mengeluarkan asap atau bunyi berdesis, sebaiknya api di kecilkan sedikit, diamkan sekitar 5 menit, biarkan daging jangan di tusuk - tusuk dengan garpu ( kebiasaan yang ternyata kurang baik kalau untuk buat steak karena akan membuat daging menjadi keras di dalam dan rasa hilang karena panas ) 
baru balikkan sisi daging  boleh di tekan - tekan daging dengan spatula atau capitan  hingga air dari daging keluar dan mengeluarkan suara desis... bila ingin medium setelah 5 menit angkat daging, namun bila ingin matang seluruhnya diamkan lebih lama diatas panggangan atau pan teflon hingga daging agak keras ( tanda sudah matang ) caranya tekan daging dengan capitan atau spatula kayu  bila sudah terasa keras lalu angkat, diamkan diatas piring, tuang saus hasil dari memanggang  dan beri sayuran rebus yg sudah di tumis dengan mentega . selamat menikmati 

* Preheat the grill or sauce pan, this time I use sauce pan give a little bit olive oil to the grill or sauce pan ( spray cooking oil ) so the meat wont stick on the surface, then place the meat. There will be alot of smoke coming out.. I prefer to lower the temperatur when that happen. let it for 5 min one side reversed to the other side with tweezer and wait for another 5 min, if you like medium rare, this 10 min for 2 side would be enough, but if you like welldone steak you still need more minutes, when you tap the meat it feel hard, its the sign that inside of the meat is already cook or welldone. take the meat out of the grill or pan, put on plate, let it rest for a minutes, pour the juice that comes out when we grilled on the meat ( if youe happen to use the pan ) and served with boiled vegetables that already being stir-fry with butter...

New Beginning... 2014

Hallo Semua,

Hari ke dua di tahun 2014, kemarin kemana aja ? apa yang dikerjakan dipenutup tahun 2013 ? pesta ? jalan - jalan ? makan bersama ? bakar - bakar .. asal jangan bakar rumah ya :p? hehehe maksudnya barbecue an untuk yang mau share disini silahkan, beserta foto juga boleh..
atau yang mau lihat - lihat, atau baca - baca blog saya juga ga apa - apa ... semoga menghibur ya :)

Second day of  2014,  what you have on New Year Eve ? gathered with family ? Barbecueing ? or have a party ? Dari tanggal 1 hingga tanggal 2 Januari 2014, macam - macam makanan mampir ke rumah, bersyukur kepada Tuhan karena akhirnya ga masak.. kedua makanan itu adalah bistik bakso dan kaserol ayam dan kentang ( yang ini dikirim oleh 2 gadis cantik yang saya posting fotonya pula disini )
untuk yang ingin tahu resepnya.. saya hanya bisa berbagi resep untuk yang bistik bakso, karena itu buatan saya sendiri, untuk kaserol ayam hanya di pamerin aja ya .. hehehe

Welcome 2014

Hallo semua,

Selamat Tahun Baru 2014,  saya memulai menulis blogger sejak tahun 2004 dan entah kanapa berhenti.. lalu bertemu lagi dengan blogger saya yang usang ini, setelah banyak sekali perubahan disana sini, ada pula G+ waooww tambah ga ngerti lagi deh apa itu...
